Month 2 - The Sacral: Craving Connection vs. Fear of Being Consumed
Where do we withhold our joy, creativity, and intimacy because we’re terrified of losing ourselves? The duality here is in allowing desire without drowning in it—feeling the pulse of life through us, without handing over the reins.
Month 3 - The Solar Plexus: Power vs. Collapse
How often do we swing between needing to dominate and disappearing altogether? In this space, it’s about finding the nerve to take up space, without needing to bulldoze, or bow out. Sovereignty without superiority.
Month 4 - The Heart: Love vs. Protection
We crave to be cracked open and loved fully, but the walls we’ve built are thick. The dance here is softening without losing our edges, and understanding that vulnerability isn’t weakness—it’s the purest form of strength.
Month 5 - The Throat: Expression vs. Exposure
Speaking your truth is exhilarating until it feels like standing naked in a storm. This is the place where we work out how to use our voice without bleeding out, owning our words without apology or aggression.
Month 6 - The Third Eye: Knowing vs. Doubt
One moment we’re tapped into divine clarity, the next we’re spiralling in self-doubt. The duality here is trusting what we know to be true—even when no one else gets it—and daring to stay open to what we might have missed.
Month 7 - The Crown: Surrender vs. Disconnection
Releasing control sounds poetic until we’re lost in the abyss. Here we confront the paradox of merging with the cosmic while staying rooted in the human, remembering that being part of it all doesn’t mean losing ourselves.
