Know Thyself – Plato

Teilhard de Chardin, a French philosopher (1881-1955) once said:

‘We are not human beings having a spiritual experience; we are spiritual beings having a human experience.’

Much of how we live in our western world denies this philosophy however, everyone knowingly or unknowingly yearns for something more than what they have. Whether we yearn in a productive or destructive way is entirely up us.

To know thyself, is the greatest gift you can give to yourself. Self-awareness is the key to unlocking your fear, your pain and your struggles. So bring it all back to you.

How you may ask?
Every moment you are physically, emotionally or mentally triggered is a moment in time for you to learn a valuable gift about yourself.

Example:
An injury in your left knee that results in less movement or pain, relates to your feminine side and your base chakra. Your base chakra hold ideas around safety, security, money and physical needs. You may like to observe where in your life you have had to ignore your needs, or where you may have had to jump over into the masculine (right side), in order to feel safe.

The simple truth is that imbalances create imbalances, like the weights of scales.

The trick is to catch it when you think it, before you even feel it, before it has had a chance to come into the physical body.

This is where my passion for homeopathy and spiritual healing are born. Homeopathy looks in depth our ‘perceived indifferences’ to the world, the way in which each of us think and the subsequent feelings that occur as a result. Spiritual healing nurtures the spiritual self and helps you gain insights into where and how particular patterns were born.

We are all learning along the way, remember to being loving and kind to yourself.
